Senior Patient Recruitment and Engagement Lead – Site Recruitment Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serves as the Functional Lead for strategies related to recruitment and retention, as well as associated initiatives.

• Engages with the project team, which includes the Project Lead, Clinical Team Manager, and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Ensures that methods used are suitable for the country and region while meeting all requirements.

• Provides training to project team members on best practices.

• Develops and implements strategies for patient recruitment and retention.

• Manages the quality and performance of providers and addresses any arising issues.

• Works in collaboration with the Patient Diversity Team to ensure adherence to the Diversity Plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or a comparable and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

• Prior experience in direct patient recruitment that equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the role (equivalent to 5+ years).

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and ethical considerations in patient recruitment.

• Proficient in project management tools and software.

• Outstanding client-facing and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• An analytical mindset, capable of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
