• Serve as the main point of contact for designated sponsor partners across a range of global events.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within partner organizations.
• Offer strategic and tactical advice to partners concerning sponsorship execution and event participation.
• Proactively communicate updates, risks, and changes to internal teams, clients, and sponsors.
• Ensure a consistently high-quality experience across all interactions and touchpoints.
• Represent the voice of the sponsor internally, making sure sponsor priorities and objectives are thoroughly understood and met.
• Collaborate with internal sponsorship teams and client workstreams to deliver sponsorship assets including booths, digital content, demand generation, and custom activations.
• Work directly with clients onsite and assist with live event troubleshooting as necessary.
• Manage communication schedules with sponsors, ensuring agendas, action items, and follow-ups are clearly noted and advanced.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address risks to ensure smooth delivery and sponsor satisfaction.
• Provide executive-level status updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist Account Directors and Sales Leads in promoting retention and growth within key sponsor accounts.
• Mentor and assist colleagues, encouraging best practices in sponsorship delivery and project management.
• Share insights and contribute positively to team culture and ongoing improvement.
• Engage actively in client and agency account discussions, helping to shape future sponsorship engagement strategies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of team systems, tools, resources, and operational processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-profile clients, sponsors, or partner accounts within events, sponsorship, or exhibition settings.
• Extensive experience delivering sponsorship and exhibitor programs at a senior level.
• Proven history of providing exceptional customer service and relationship management.
• Experience managing multiple events, projects, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of sponsorship products, custom activations, and event production.
• Familiarity with sponsorship exhibitor platforms such as RainFocus (preferred).
• Established senior-level project management experience, ideally using Monday.com or similar tools.
• Excellent diplomacy, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Comfortable creating and delivering executive-level materials and updates.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed and fast-paced environment.
