This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies aimed at enhancing revenue, conversion, and engagement across travel products, which include loyalty, pricing, merchandising, and marketing best practices.
• Conduct executive business reviews with C-level and senior stakeholders, transforming partner objectives into clear roadmaps and measurable results.
• Act as the main strategic liaison for your partner portfolio, cultivating trusted relationships with leadership teams and ensuring alignment on priorities and performance metrics.
• Recognize performance gaps and opportunities by analyzing platform data, then design and advocate for initiatives that drive significant impact.
• Convert partner business requirements into scalable product capabilities, collaborating closely with internal product and engineering teams to prioritize and influence the roadmap.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support partner decision-making at the executive level.
• Work onsite with partner teams as necessary to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and results.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new partners onto the HTS Commerce platform, ensuring a seamless transition and rapid time-to-value.
• Track partner health metrics and proactively identify risks, escalating and resolving issues before they affect performance.
• Document best practices, playbooks, and frameworks that can be scaled throughout the global partner network.
• Background in consulting, strategic partnerships, or partner success roles within the technology, travel, or e-commerce sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior and C-level executives to achieve measurable business results.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to translate complex data into clear strategies and actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the comfort to lead high-stakes discussions confidently.
• A strategic mindset combined with an execution-focused approach and the agility to succeed in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in travel, e-commerce, or SaaS is highly advantageous.
