This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend project requirements from consulting and research teams.

• Identify and connect with pertinent industry experts through phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Evaluate experts to determine their relevance and level of expertise.

• Organize and manage interviews from start to finish.

• Oversee multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Keep precise CRM records and cultivate long-term relationships with experts.

• Assist in cross-selling additional services as applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in expert networks, research, recruitment, consulting support, or related fields.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Confident in engaging with senior professionals.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by targets.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred.
