This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee designated client accounts within a specified framework, utilizing judgment to prioritize client needs and deliverables.
• Handle daily operations for assigned client accounts with growing independence.
• Engage in respectful and effective communication while autonomously managing and resolving client escalations.
• Prioritize prompt and efficient responses to both client and internal inquiries, continuously integrating feedback and coaching.
• Lead the designated Point-of-Delivery (POD) by organizing and facilitating meetings.
• Collaborate with senior Client Success Executives to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and performance results.
• Analyze revenue cycle and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare for and actively participate in client meetings, performance evaluations, and follow-up tasks.
• Work collaboratively across functions to align internal teams with client objectives and expectations.
• Ensure accurate and current documentation of client strategies, risks, and action plans is maintained.
• Take part in onboarding and implementation processes for new client engagements.
• Expand knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, compliance, and industry standards through training and hands-on experience.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role, account management, or a healthcare-related position.
• Proven ability to analyze data and effectively communicate findings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Openness and capability to learn about healthcare revenue cycle concepts, analytics, and industry practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools.
• Proficiency in English is essential for job-related communication.
