This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the enhancement of safety, efficiency, and sustainability for our largest clients through strategic outcomes.
• Spearhead strategic customer interactions and propose workflow improvements.
• Coordinate executive business reviews for intricate partnerships.
• Shape internal roadmaps across various departments to advance customer-focused initiatives.
• Advocate for and integrate Samsara’s cultural values.
• Over 6 years of professional experience in Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or a strategic consulting capacity.
• Expertise in priority management and emotional intelligence essential for managing high-stakes partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to foresee strategic challenges and address complex issues effectively.
• Proven skills in building trust and communicating efficiently at all organizational levels.
• Experience in supporting Enterprise SaaS and/or Fortune 500 companies.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-40% as required.
