📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between CTM and its partners, fostering governance, operational discipline, and uniform execution throughout the Partner Program, while promoting the commercial activation and adoption of CTM products and supplier programs via the partner network.

• Enhance partner value and ROI by ensuring that members effectively realize the advantages of CPP, while stabilizing, aligning, and fortifying the partner network across all membership tiers.

• Oversee partner performance against established standards, guaranteeing compliance with CTM and customer service levels, actively monitoring targets, and leading corrective measures when expectations are not fulfilled.

• Represent CTM and its partner network with credibility and authority in all internal and external interactions, reinforcing CTM standards, positioning, and long-term strategic goals.

• Manage a global portfolio of partners, accountable for performance, alignment with CTM strategy, and fulfillment of agreed commercial, operational, and service commitments.

• Lead the recruitment process for new partners by effectively positioning and promoting CPP membership options, ensuring new entrants enhance the network strategically, commercially, and operationally.

• Act as the escalation point for partner-related operational challenges, driving resolutions, enforcing standards, and ensuring consistent global client service in accordance with CTM requirements.

• Oversee and manage all revenue associated with the partner portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, with clear accountability for revenue growth and ROI.

• Manage the tracking, reporting, and performance analytics for partners, supplier programs, and CTM products, ensuring insights are leveraged to drive adoption, optimization, and measurable commercial results.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging credibly in both in-person and virtual settings while tailoring messages to senior, technical, and commercial audiences.

• Demonstrated capability to influence without direct authority, aligning diverse internal and external stakeholders around common commercial and operational goals.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with proven experience presenting to and challenging C-level stakeholders in a B2B context.

• Solid understanding of corporate travel technology and operations, encompassing multiple GDSs, online booking tools, expense management platforms, and traveler tracking solutions.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across business verticals (e.g., Meetings & Events), working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partner relevance, inclusion, and sustained value delivery.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end operational standards, from front-line servicing and tool requirements to back-office processes and retrospective reporting.

• Strong execution mindset, capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently, prioritizing effectively, and consistently achieving results.

• Comfortable working independently while also contributing as a senior team member, exercising sound judgment and ownership in ambiguous or evolving situations.

• Clear comprehension of commercial and financial dynamics, including partner economics, revenue models, and the broader CTM business landscape.

• Proficient in English; additional languages preferred (Spanish and/or Portuguese).
