Senior Partner Solutions Consultant

📋 Description

• Develop and implement structured enablement strategies for designated partners

• Function as an observability architect and a key member of the SWAT Team for significant partner-led initiatives

• Operate as a coordinator between internal teams and partners

• Uphold project-level discipline across all engagements

• Relay insights from partners and customers to internal Product and Practice teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or senior engineering roles

• Comprehensive technical understanding of Observability concepts (APM, Infrastructure, Log Management)

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

• Knowledge of how to create sustainable technical businesses within a partner ecosystem

• Capability to oversee multiple workstreams while emphasizing clear expectations, milestone tracking, and measurable results

• Experience in capacity planning and providing guidance to partners regarding resource requirements
