This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Align sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives with system integrator partners.
• Enhance and broaden collaboration between Snowflake and strategic SI partners to foster mutual business growth.
• Create, lead, and implement partner strategies for the designated territory and key industries.
• Propel growth with joint customers, execute go-to-market initiatives, empower partners to enhance capabilities, and ensure customer success.
• Collaborate with sales teams to pinpoint strategic SI partners and develop joint account plans and marketing campaigns.
• Identify partner solutions, offerings, and capabilities that facilitate Snowflake's expansion and consumption.
• Achieve and surpass sales quotas, consumption, and demand-generation objectives.
• Work alongside Product Development, Sales, Sales Engineering, Industry, Professional Services, Field CTO, and Marketing teams.
• Convey territory strategy, vision, and priorities to partners effectively.
• Clearly articulate partner value propositions and provide insights to relevant teams.
• Assist SIs with education, deal registration, service registration, pricing, and proposal support.
• Track joint initiative performance and commercial outcomes utilizing sales data, pipeline reports, and market trends.
• Report on commercial outcomes and partner impact.
• Coordinate with SIs during both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Build relationships with PSO leaders to ensure that use cases and go-live dates are achieved.
• At least 10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development within the technology sector.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Over 5 years of experience in channel sales or channel program management, with responsibility for revenue targets.
• Prior direct sales experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of success and established connections with Canadian SI partners.
• Familiarity with cloud environments is preferred.
• Capability to manage regional business plans and effectively communicate partner progress.
• Strong executive presence and professionalism.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness at prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel: estimated at 25–50% (variable).
