This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +9 more states.
• Align sales efforts and develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with system integrator partners.
• Enhance and broaden cooperation between Snowflake and SI partners to foster mutual business growth.
• Create, lead, and implement partner strategies tailored for the assigned territory and key industries.
• Foster growth with joint customers by delivering go-to-market initiatives, enabling partner capabilities, and ensuring customer success.
• Collaborate with sales teams to pinpoint strategic SI partners and formulate joint account plans and campaigns.
• Identify partner solutions, offerings, and capabilities to enhance Snowflake adoption and consumption.
• Achieve and surpass sales quotas, consumption targets, and demand-generation objectives.
• Work alongside Product Development, Sales, Sales Engineering, Industry, Professional Services, Field CTO, and Marketing teams.
• Convey territory strategy, vision, and priorities to partners effectively.
• Clearly articulate partner value propositions and share insights with internal teams.
• Support system integrators with education, deal registration, service registration, pricing, and proposal assistance.
• Track performance on joint initiatives, sales data, pipeline reports, market trends, commercial outcomes, and partner impact.
• Maintain ongoing communication with system integrators throughout pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Build relationships with PSO leaders to ensure that use cases and go-live dates are successfully met.
• At least 10 years of experience in partner relations, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development within the technology sector.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in channel sales or channel program management with accountability for revenue targets.
• Prior direct sales experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of success and established relationships with Canadian SI partners.
• Preferred working knowledge of cloud environments.
• Ability to manage regional business plans and effectively track and convey partner progress.
• Strong executive presence and professionalism.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–50% of the time.
• Salary range of $165,200 – $216,825.
• Remote work arrangement available.
