Senior Partner Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Accelerate the sales trajectory at UiPath, drive new business growth, and enhance scalability by collaborating with sales leaders in-country to prioritize partnerships and activate sales engagement.

• Implement a strategic sales and marketing plan for partners to achieve and surpass sales targets, supported by significant increases in partner-sourced and partner-led business.

• Execute the business plan for the country by leveraging partners; collaborate with key stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and utilize established networks beyond individual expertise to establish a framework and facilitate execution.

• Collaborate with other partner team members and direct sales team members to identify pipeline gaps and opportunities for scaling; engage in the development and execution of programs.

• Consult with partner and direct sales leaders to optimize and empower their selling teams' performance with key partners.

• Engage with customer success, value engineering, and consulting teams to collaborate with partners in expanding the enterprise automation agenda with end customers.

• Collaborate with partners to drive customer success and ensure timely renewals. Most importantly, focus on upselling and/or cross-selling to the comprehensive enterprise automation platform.

• Continue to foster and nurture joint sales engagement with various sales segments and verticals; identify opportunities and eliminate obstacles.

• Influence partner marketing investments to support partner business and align with the partner account growth plan; ensure regular marketing reporting on program outcomes.

• Play a crucial role in the Regional Partner Leadership team, contributing not only to the achievement of assigned partners but also leading special initiatives and programs across the region.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Partner and/or Sales Management at the enterprise level within the software/SaaS industry.

• Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships in the local market.

• Extensive hands-on experience working with partners to build practices, develop solutions, train certified partner resources, and execute partner marketing plans.

• Proven ability to collaborate with strategic partners to secure key accounts, generate pipelines, expand geographical reach, and penetrate essential verticals.

• Willingness to act swiftly and set ambitious goals while remaining humble, attentive, and fully engaged in the role.

• Enthusiasm and creativity for building and developing a market for enterprise automation with strategic partners.

• Capability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization, exhibiting strong collaboration skills.

• A highly trusted individual who maintains and demands high standards for themselves and others.

• Proactive, self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with constant change and ambiguity.

• A strategic thinker with a focus on execution; ideally has experience leading cross-functional programs or processes.

• Proficient at building relationships (both internally and externally) and influencing others; experienced in working with senior executives and partners on cross-company projects.

• Strong communication skills in both the local language and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, comfortable in business and technical discussions.
