
Senior Partner Program Manager – Global Partner Incentives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Develop and oversee a cohesive global framework for all partner incentive initiatives, including rebates, SPIFFs, MDF, and promotional programs that align with corporate objectives.
• Establish earning logic, funding mechanisms, and payout structures that are scalable across all partner market routes.
• Manage the comprehensive lifecycle of incentive programs—from planning and launching to claims, validation, and payout—ensuring precision, compliance, and timely execution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and IT to facilitate automation through CRM, PRM, and incentive management systems.
• Work alongside FP&A and BI teams to project expenditures, track utilization, and assess program effectiveness and return on investment. Implement dashboards and governance frameworks that promote transparency and informed decision-making among global and regional stakeholders.
• Liaise closely with Channel, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to ensure that incentives align with business objectives, comply with regional regulations, and are communicated effectively.
• Leverage data insights, partner feedback, and performance metrics to refine incentive frameworks, streamline processes, and improve the partner experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in partner programs, channel incentives, sales operations, or SaaS go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing rebate, SPIFF, MDF, and strategic incentive programs that drive measurable growth and align with company priorities across various partner types (resellers, distributors, GSIs, MSSPs, ISVs, CSPs).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to convert complex financial data into actionable incentive frameworks, forecasts, and ROI assessments. Proficient in project management using tools such as Salesforce, Asana, PRMs, and analytics platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of partner economics, profitability drivers, and performance measurement frameworks, including payout logic and compliance protocols.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; adept at engaging with executive leadership both internally and externally across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Sales.
