This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners.
• Develop a target account list and a strategy for partner recruitment.
• Create outreach strategies to engage potential partners.
• Design and implement the infrastructure for WorkCare's partner program.
• Establish onboarding and training programs for partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement partner marketing initiatives.
• Drive growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines.
• Monitor partner-generated opportunities from initial engagement to closed business.
• 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel development, business development, alliance management, or partner marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing external business partners.
• Experience in building programs, processes, or operational frameworks.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
