📋 Description

• Take ownership of instructional design initiatives or portfolios, overseeing them from initial intake to measurement and refinement.

• Convert business objectives into outcome-focused learning strategies accompanied by clear action plans.

• Leverage AI-enhanced data synthesis and performance analytics to make informed trade-off recommendations.

• Develop learning programs that integrate generative AI as a fundamental element.

• Promote contemporary instructional design practices and ensure all solutions prioritize outcomes.

• Facilitate the transition from traditional production methods to AI-driven, modular learning ecosystems.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and leverage knowledge effectively.

• Profound knowledge in instructional design and adult learning principles.

• Proven hands-on experience utilizing generative AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or comparable technologies).

• Experience in designing or implementing agentic workflows within content development.

• Strong capability to align learning programs with business results.

• A history of enhancing scalability and efficiency within learning initiatives.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to mentor other instructional designers.

• Strong program management competencies, including prioritization, risk assessment, and delivery.
