This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of DSV’s new product features, roadmap, systems, and operations.
• Cultivates robust relationships throughout the North American region and aids in strategizing to fulfill product objectives.
• Manages the implementation of DSV’s market segment expansions to both new and existing facilities across the United States and Canada as directed by executive leadership.
• Ensures uniform feature deployments, customer implementations, and the adherence to daily operational guidelines throughout the entire network.
• Works to address and rectify gaps within the network.
• Capable of conducting independent research with minimal oversight to establish guidelines and regulations based on local laws.
• Successfully manages programs by providing centralized support across various initiatives.
• Oversees the ongoing enhancement of customer and facility implementations.
• Ensures that customer and facility playbooks are current and utilized with full compliance.
• Directs the creation and upkeep of sales enablement materials such as customer qualification tools and product guides.
• Facilitates business development efforts by serving as a vertical knowledge and solution expert.
• Analyzes common customer service challenges across the network; formulates strategies for resolution, deployment, and monitoring at each local facility.
• Identifies and assesses common tools and practices, overseeing their implementation at each local facility.
• Manages the rollout of new parcel carriers, monitors their performance, ensures KPI achievements, and oversees appropriate usage.
• Recognizes reporting opportunities and collaborates across the organization to develop, deploy, monitor, and enhance dashboards, KPI tracking, and other consolidated reports.
• Supervises the introduction of new technologies such as automation, regulatory monitoring, and transportation systems throughout the network.
• Leads initiatives for capturing customer feedback and business insights, providing recommendations for enhancements to executive leadership.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related fields is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of logistics experience within a 3PL or retail environment, overseeing multiple facilities.
