This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution of activities related to partner-facing programs.
• Organize work plans and schedules, fostering and nurturing strategic partnerships.
• Ensure program activities, deliverables, and community engagement initiatives are executed with clarity, accountability, cultural relevance, and measurable impact.
• Create, manage, and sustain program work plans, timelines, meeting schedules, task trackers, and implementation calendars for partner relations and community outreach efforts.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among agronomy, market development, business technical assistance, communications, research, education, and local partner teams.
• Assess progress toward program objectives, identifying implementation risks or capacity gaps.
• Identify, engage, and sustain relationships with a network of regional partners.
• Oversee and monitor all partner-related deliverables associated with grants, contracts, and collaborative agreements.
• Support outreach initiatives that embody the program’s dedication to 'bilingual everything'.
• Proven experience in regenerative agriculture, organic systems, community food systems, or related areas.
• Demonstrated success in partnership development, community engagement, or program management.
• Experience in managing complex programs, timelines, deliverables, partner communications, and cross-functional workflows.
• Familiarity with grant deliverables, reporting, and coordination across partners.
• Proficient in using project management, reporting, database, and communication tools to coordinate tasks, document progress, and track outcomes.
• Strong understanding of farmer-facing programs, particularly for small-scale and historically underserved producers.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, including farmers, nonprofits, agencies, and institutional buyers.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accountability to partners, funders, farmers, and internal teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
