Senior Partner Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gather insights from Sales and Partner teams to shape strategic initiatives and process enhancements, ensuring a seamless engagement model for Partners selling Wiz.

• Manage enhancement projects or new developments, taking responsibility for delivering thorough UAT to reduce post-production impact and facilitating all stakeholders on the recent changes.

• Collaborate across various teams to support operational programs that align with the overall organizational strategy.

• Provide scalable operational support for the Partner organization at Wiz, effectively "running the business."

• Serve as a resource for both external Partners and internal Wiz teams regarding all aspects of Partner operations.

• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce for all information related to Partner programs and processes.

• Oversee the Wiz Partner Portal platform from an administrative perspective, including all platform enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in supporting Partner operations activities, preferably within SaaS and/or Enterprise-focused organizations.

• Proven ability to implement scalable programs and processes; a readiness to “roll up your sleeves” and accomplish tasks as the organization expands.

• Adaptability in responsibilities as the organization evolves and routes to market broaden, meeting the changing needs of the business.

• Strong familiarity with Salesforce objects and flows is essential; experience with Looker is a plus.

• Administrative experience managing and operating Impartner.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels and across various functions.
