This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assess Partner Performance: Track and analyze essential partner KPIs (e.g., ARR, activation, retention) to uncover trends and drive strategic enhancements.
• Streamline Partner Operations: Refine workflows for onboarding, enablement, and support to enhance consistency, scalability, and partner satisfaction.
• Improve Systems & Tools: Oversee the management and optimization of CRM (Salesforce), PRM (MindMatrix), and BI tools to guarantee actionable insights and precise data.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align partner strategies with sales, product, finance, and marketing to facilitate go-to-market success.
• Lead Feedback Mechanisms: Collect and communicate partner feedback to internal teams to influence roadmap decisions and ongoing improvements.
• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, business operations, or a comparable analytical role within a SaaS organization.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and experienced with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and hands-on experience with automation and partner lifecycle platforms like MindMatrix or PartnerStack.
• Proven experience in developing and refining repeatable, scalable processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing process changes with a strong emphasis on change management.
• Advanced user of Google Apps Script, with practical experience in building automations that integrate Google Workspace tools.
• Proficient in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and actively utilize them to expedite analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance output quality.
• Effective communicator capable of converting data into a narrative and delivering insights that resonate with both technical stakeholders and business leaders.
