This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Development of Partner Programs
• Strategically plan, implement, and assess co-marketing initiatives to enhance overall channel growth, which includes webinars, podcasts, digital marketing, events, and more.
• Create frameworks designed to scale partner marketing efforts across various partner types and go-to-market models.
• Innovate creative strategies to foster partner growth and enhance awareness of SambaSafety's complete range of offerings, including newly launched products and services.
• Work in collaboration with the Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner Sales teams to ensure alignment of strategy, messaging, and execution with company goals.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for partners in strategic engagements.
• Partner Enablement and Communication
• Create "to" and "through partner" content that supports all partners, enabling them to effectively position and market SambaSafety solutions.
• Oversee and implement the communication strategy for all partners, including content creation, joint value propositions, and launch communications.
• Develop and maintain a scalable partner content library and support the partner portal strategy.
• Facilitate onboarding and continuous enablement to enhance partner activation and adoption.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, fleet management, insurance, screening, or related technology fields.
• 3-5 years of experience specifically in partnership marketing, demonstrating success in supporting and scaling partner-driven revenue channels.
• Skilled in setting strategic direction and executing with precision, balancing a broad vision with attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills, highly self-driven, strategic, and proactive.
• Proficient in various demand generation techniques, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and outbound campaigns.
• Experience in crafting joint value propositions and content for diverse partner types.
• Preferred experience with Hubspot, Gong, and Salesforce to drive campaigns and monitor outcomes.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain cross-functional relationships at all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to support partners as required.
• If located remotely from Denver, willingness and ability to travel to headquarters on a quarterly basis.
