Senior Partner Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with service providers and implement marketing initiatives throughout the region.

• Propel the execution of go-to-market strategies, messaging, content, activities, and marketing campaigns.

• Motivate GSP marketing teams with targeted campaigns and manage their execution from start to finish.

• Allocate marketing development funds and maintain accountability for justifying return on investments.

• Collaborate with partners to identify their marketing requirements and enhance their efforts to showcase RingCentral’s portfolio.

• Secure marketing commitments from partners through comprehensive marketing plans that yield concrete results in lead and opportunity generation.

• Partner with RingCentral product and sales teams to incorporate quarterly feature updates and launch new solutions.

• Develop marketing enablement presentations and other product marketing materials to increase awareness in the country with/through partners.

• Cultivate robust working relationships with partners across various segments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of marketing experience or equivalent professional background.

• Proven understanding of the telecom or cloud technology market.

• Experience in marketing SaaS or cloud services.

• Background in cross-functional collaboration within partner marketing.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills along with strong project management abilities.

• Self-driven individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Detail-oriented and results-focused; adept at both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

• Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented setting while working remotely.

• Capacity to work independently as a self-starter and function within a virtual team.

• Knowledge of marketing programs and how companies engage with Channels and Global Service Provider networks.

• Strong grasp of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center solutions (CCaaS), and telecom experience.
