This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the complete partner marketing strategy and execution for a select group of high-impact, US-based strategic embedded partners.
• Drive the launch execution and maintain momentum post-launch, which includes ongoing multi-channel embedding through marketplace, in-product, field activation, nurture, and collaborative campaigns.
• Provide support for new partner onboarding and launches, encompassing network-to-market activation and embedded demand generation.
• Enhance co-marketing initiatives and pipeline effectiveness through joint planning, enablement, and integrated campaigns.
• Operate at the intersection of Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing; closely collaborate with Partner Managers, Embedded Sales, Field/Regional Marketing, Lifecycle, Brand, Content, Growth/Performance Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with extensive expertise in partner, ecosystem, channel, and field marketing.
• A proven history of managing partner go-to-market programs that yield pipeline results (beyond mere activity).
• Experience in executing complex, multi-stakeholder partner launches and driving post-launch growth initiatives.
• Strong background in developing integrated programs across various channels, including events, email, lifecycle, content, paid media, social, and web.
• Confidence in managing partner marketing budgets, including MDF/co-funding, along with ROI reporting.
• Solid operational discipline in planning, prioritization, and program governance across multiple partners.
• Demonstrated capability to create joint partner marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives and seller motions.
• Experience working with Sales leadership and partner stakeholders to ensure effective execution and follow-through.
• A strong measurement focus, with the ability to establish KPIs, conduct reporting, and create optimization loops in collaboration with Marketing Analytics and RevOps.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting a clear direction, and making decisions across teams.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, reporting dashboards).
• Preferred: Experience in managing and creating partner event sponsorships (such as conferences, field activations, and partner-hosted events), including budgeting, activation planning, and measuring ROI.
• Background in partner marketing within complex, enterprise-level HR organizations (such as large HRIS, payroll, or benefits ecosystems), with the ability to foster internal stakeholder engagement within those partner organizations.
