Senior Partner Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding and announcements of new partners and product integrations through email, blog, website, and social media channels.

• Strategize and implement co-branded campaigns including launches, webinars, ebooks, and seasonal promotions.

• Manage fulfillment for partners involved in year-round programs such as newsletter placements, blog contributions, and dedicated content.

• Identify the materials partners require to effectively communicate about Hatch.

• Collaborate with field marketing to organize partner events and VIP experiences.

• Transform one-time partner activations into scalable playbooks.

• Cultivate and sustain ongoing relationships with partner contacts.

• Assess and enhance partner ROI, monitor referral handoffs, and boost lead quality resulting from partner engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in partner marketing, co-marketing, or a related B2B SaaS marketing discipline (product or content).

• Comfortable representing Hatch to partners, fostering trust, and managing external stakeholders.

• Excellent project management skills: adept at juggling multiple partners and coordinating deliverables with internal teams.

• Strong instincts for content and campaigns: capable of crafting narratives, campaign themes, and webinar subjects.

• Experience with various partner types: familiarity with associations, tech platforms, and agencies.

• Proficient in pipeline terminology: SQOs, referral attribution, and co-marketing ROI.

• Excels in a dynamic startup environment: comfortable dealing with uncertainty and a fast-paced atmosphere.
