This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Conduct training sessions for partners on Keyfactor solutions, services, and best practices.
• Work together to design and implement training programs aimed at educating partners about our products, services, positioning, competitive advantages, and more.
• Assist in the development and organization of training materials, including presentations, webinars, and product guides tailored for various partner segments.
• Collaborate in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of partner enablement initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and insights to management regarding partner performance and the impact of enablement efforts.
• Establish strong relationships with advanced regional partners, serving as the primary contact and technical advocate for partner inquiries and issues.
• Offer continuous support to partners, addressing technical inquiries and assisting them in overcoming challenges.
• Guide the transition of projects from partner delivery to Keyfactor Support/Customer Success Teams for a smooth handoff.
• Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations, responding to their needs promptly and effectively.
• Ensure that business objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
• Streamline time-to-value through structured project playbooks.
• Collaborate with sales and global service teams to ensure partners have the resources necessary to effectively scope and deliver Keyfactor projects.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on business priorities and ensure consistent communication with partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Thorough understanding of IT frameworks and standards.
• Extensive knowledge of company operations, industry regulations, and advanced methodologies.
• Capability to analyze complex issues and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Experience in large enterprise IT environments through service delivery, consulting, or technical sales enablement.
• Strong consultation skills when engaging with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Moderate proficiency with Windows Server operating systems.
• Understanding of fundamental networking and infrastructure principles.
• Moderate technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills, particularly with complex partner deployments.
• Moderate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux.
• Moderate experience in scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, Powershell, etc.).
• Willingness to learn new product stacks, technologies, and APIs as required.
• Competency with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with the Kerberos protocol and OAuth authentication.
• Knowledge of the EJBCA product stack.
• Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers.
