
Senior Partner Customer Success – Government

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary senior contact for government and public sector accounts, fostering trusted relationships with program directors, agency executives, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the complete delivery of commitments across the portfolio, collaborating with delivery, product, and engineering teams to achieve outcomes punctually, within scope, and in adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Customer Success Managers and account leaders.
• Enhance account retention and growth by identifying opportunities to expand Innovaccer’s presence across agencies and program areas.
• Oversee performance metrics including CARR, ARR expansion, churn, NPS, and CSAT.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to align client strategies and provide a cohesive government-focused client experience.
• Maintain an active presence within client organizations and keep track of program priorities, policy changes, and operational challenges.
• Serve as the senior escalation point, addressing complex client situations.
• Contribute to and enhance government and public sector account-management playbooks and frameworks.
• Over 15 years of experience in government health programs, managed care, or healthcare technology.
• Extensive experience working with Medicaid, Medicare, CMS, as well as local, state, and federal government health agencies.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding complex, multi-stakeholder government accounts.
• Skilled in navigating procurement cycles, regulatory frameworks, and agency politics.
• Experience in leading and developing customer success or account management teams in healthcare technology or services.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicaid managed care, Medicare Advantage, CMS program requirements, value-based care, and population health management.
• Strong credibility with government program directors and agency executives.
• Ability to translate technological capabilities into program impacts, compliance outcomes, and population health results.
• Demonstrated ownership of retention and growth metrics including CARR, ARR, churn, NPS, and CSAT.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Strong collaborative skills across Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Engineering teams.
• Ability to manage through influence in intricate, cross-functional settings.
