This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist assigned distribution partners across various markets by gathering and organizing program data
• Offer precise reporting, dashboards, presentations, and data support for Relationship Managers and Sales teams
• Create and uphold high-quality, client-oriented materials
• Ensure clear, timely, and consistent communication with partners
• Keep organized, accurate, and high-quality documentation
• Enhance operational consistency by utilizing shared templates, tools, and processes
• Identify mistakes, inefficiencies, or deficiencies in partner materials and workflows
• Maintain excellent data hygiene and system accuracy
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Analytics teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Proven knowledge of insurance products and services
• Experience in designing and implementing new processes, artifacts, and templates
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, plan projects, and meet deadlines
• Ability to understand and adhere to complex procedures
• Proven effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
• Willingness and ability to travel 10-15% of the time
