Senior Partner Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Developing and overseeing a robust partner ecosystem across Switzerland and Austria.

• Conducting strategic market and potential evaluations, and formulating actionable go-to-market strategies to enhance NVIDIA’s footprint in these two regions.

• Collaborating with partners—including OEMs, resellers, system integrators, consultants, start-ups, ISVs, and cloud providers—to strengthen relationships and promote the adoption of NVIDIA solutions.

• Leveraging extensive market knowledge to uncover new opportunities in AI, industry sectors, and cloud business, while navigating the partner landscape in Switzerland and Austria.

• Representing NVIDIA at the C-level and in high-profile environments, serving as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.

• Functioning effectively across diverse business cultures, fostering collaboration and consistency within the DACH region.

• Traveling a minimum of 60% of the time to cultivate relationships and accomplish strategic business goals throughout the Swiss and Austrian markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of sales or partner experience in a pathway-driven IT industry, preferably focused on Key Accounts.

• A university degree or higher, or equivalent experience—preferably in economics/international business along with a computer science foundation.

• Proven track record in developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances at the enterprise level.

• Ability to balance immediate operational execution with long-term strategy—demonstrating focus and adaptability.

• Capability to integrate and balance Partner Management, Sales, Business Development, and Alliance Leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Native in German, Swiss, or Swiss German, with proficient English skills.

• Self-driven with a strong execution mindset, coupled with a daring and passionate approach.
