This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with attorneys to deliver account management services to designated clients, which includes the following responsibilities:
• Leverage our Voyager platform to establish and maintain profiles and processes for clients and foreign nationals, oversee case workflows, ensure appropriate onboarding, and manage cases from initiation to submission.
• Prepare assigned applications for clients, encompassing all necessary forms and letters, and compile the complete application for attorney review before submission to the government.
• Execute PERM processes from initiation to final submission, as designated.
• Initiate/prepare I-140 and/or Adjustment of Status following the PERM process.
• When applicable, delegate suitable cases and tasks to junior paralegals for completion (including process initiation, form preparation, final assembly, and relevant communications).
• Assist with application preparation for other clients, as directed by the attorney and/or team lead, where specialized knowledge or expertise can add value.
• Manage and/or support colleagues in larger client accounts, as necessary.
• Oversee assigned client accounts with general supervision from attorneys, proactively advancing processes and fulfilling assignments within firm expectations.
• Review applications drafted by junior paralegals and provide constructive feedback as required.
• Monitor emails and chat communications, addressing internal requests from the senior legal team and/or responding to external stakeholders as needed.

• Support assigned clients with data reporting as necessary, including expiration reports, initiation projections, status reports, and more.
• Responsible for reviewing updates released by the firm and other members of the legal team to remain informed of changes in immigration law.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment-based immigration within a paralegal role or a similar position.
• Proficiency in visa preparation for H-1B, PERM, dependent-related visa types, TN, E-3, H-1B1, I-140, Adjustment of Status, RFE responses, L-1, and various other case types.
• Familiarity with additional business immigration applications, such as E-2, O-1, NIW, and EB-1A is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in managing daily tasks for assigned client accounts, including advancing cases on one's initiative and preparing reports.
• Previous experience in guiding junior-level paralegals to complete assigned processes is a plus.
