This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of strategy for 3-5 accounts or maintain a minimum of $20k in MRR.
• Lead and oversee paid advertising strategies and initiatives to drive success.
• Initiate and manage strategic discussions with clients, while maintaining the paid social client relationship.
• Effectively guide and hold your account teams accountable, fostering a positive working environment.
• Lead and facilitate strategic decision-making and necessary pivots.
• Aid in the development of junior talent through collaboration, setting an example, and executing critical mentorship moments.
• Participate in the execution of campaigns from start to finish, including building, optimizing, and reporting as required.
• Take charge of performance and strategy in partnership with specialists or other strategists on assigned accounts.
• Propel the department's offerings through strategic iterations and the exploration of new techniques and thought leadership to stay ahead.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the paid advertising department when applicable.
• Assist in new business development by identifying service expansion opportunities, conducting strategic audits, and developing a paid social pipeline.
• Ability to articulate and strategize the broader business impact of Paid Social initiatives, utilizing additional attribution platforms like Google Analytics or Shopify.
• Demonstrate a general understanding of the wider marketing funnel beyond paid social, advocating for paid social in comparison to other channels.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 3-5 years of experience in paid digital advertising, preferably with a background in paid social advertising.
• Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and familiarity with other emerging social platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with effective time management skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of the online advertising industry and social media landscape.
• Proficient in client communication and public speaking.
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets for reporting metrics, including creating pivot tables.
