This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Take ownership of strategy for 3-5 accounts or a minimum of $20k in MRR.
• Direct and oversee the paid advertising strategy and initiatives to ensure success.
• Lead strategic discussions with clients and manage the paid social client relationships.
• Effectively guide and hold account teams accountable while fostering a positive environment.
• Drive and facilitate strategic decision-making and necessary pivots.
• Assist in the development of junior talent through collaboration, setting an example, and executing key mentoring moments.
• Play a role in the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including building, optimizing, and reporting as necessary.
• Oversee performance and strategy in collaboration with specialists or other strategists on assigned accounts.
• Advance department offerings through strategic iterations and development, exploring new techniques and providing thought leadership to stay at the forefront.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the paid advertising department where applicable.
• Engage in new business development by identifying service expansion opportunities, conducting strategic audits, and developing the paid social pipeline.
• Demonstrate the ability to articulate and strategize the broader business impact of Paid Social efforts, utilizing additional attribution platforms such as Google Analytics or Shopify.
• Show a general understanding of the overall marketing funnel, advocating for paid social in relation to other channels.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 3-5 years of experience in paid digital advertising, preferably with a background in paid social advertising.
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and other emerging social platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• A self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Understanding of the online advertising industry and social media landscape.
• Strong client communication and public speaking abilities.
• Experience using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting metrics, including the ability to construct pivot tables.
