This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take ownership of the strategy for 3-5 accounts OR a minimum of $20k MRR.
• Lead and oversee paid advertising strategies and initiatives to ensure success.
• Initiate strategic discussions with clients and manage the paid social client relationship.
• Skillfully guide your account teams while ensuring accountability and fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Direct and facilitate strategic decision-making and necessary pivots.
• Aid in the development of junior talent through collaboration, example-setting, and key mentorship opportunities.
• Participate in the comprehensive execution of campaigns from A to Z, including building, optimizing, and reporting as required.
• Assume responsibility for performance and strategy in collaboration with specialists or other strategists on assigned accounts.
• Advance the department's offerings through strategic iteration, exploration of new techniques, and thought leadership to remain at the forefront.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the paid advertising department when applicable.
• Assist in business development by identifying service expansion opportunities, conducting strategic audits, and developing the paid social pipeline.
• Ability to articulate and strategize the broader business impact of Paid Social efforts, utilizing additional attribution platforms like Google Analytics or Shopify.
• Demonstrate a general understanding of the overall marketing funnel, advocating for paid social in comparison to other channels.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 3-5 years of experience in paid digital advertising, with a preference for a background in paid social advertising.
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and other emerging social media platforms (such as TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
• A self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Understanding of the online advertising landscape and social media dynamics.
• Strong client communication and public speaking skills.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting metrics, including the ability to create pivot tables.
