Senior Paid Social Performance Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Promotion of dating products through Paid Social channels

• Creation of advertising creatives independently and in collaboration with the creative team

• Market and competitor analysis to discover new approaches

• Working with analytics (RedTrack, Voluum) and optimizing campaigns according to defined KPIs

• Development of concepts and writing specifications for new landing pages

• Building simple and complex marketing funnels

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of extensive experience with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads: confident campaign setup and optimization

• Expertise in constructing full-funnel marketing strategies

• Experience with analytics: we use RedTrack / Voluum, but experience with other trackers is also acceptable

• Strong analytical skills: ability to justify viewpoints and make data-driven decisions

• Outstanding results in previous roles: backed by specific metrics and achievements

• Systematic mindset: ability to think structurally while managing details and seeing the big picture

• Fluent in Ukrainian

• English proficiency at B1 level: capable of consuming content, working with documentation, and building funnels
