• Enhance the quality of leads while maintaining cost efficiency by testing various strategies on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Contribute to the ongoing dialogue on the optimal execution and evaluation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, display, social media, video, email, and additional platforms.
• Strategically plan and implement online marketing campaigns and tests, encompassing execution, optimization, budget management, and analytical review.
• Drive customer acquisition and engagement through paid digital marketing efforts, leveraging platforms such as Google, Bing, YouTube, Capterra, Google Display Network, and programmatic channels.
• Develop, launch, and monitor frequent ad copy, landing page, and other creative tests using cutting-edge testing tools and methodologies.
• Analyze SEM performance, providing recommendations and executing necessary optimizations.
• Support the management of multiple advertising accounts.
• Generate reports to assess campaign performance and demonstrate the ROI of initiatives.
• 4-5+ years of experience in paid search within a B2B setting.
• Proven experience in managing multiple paid advertising accounts.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads and a thorough understanding of current best practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of online marketing metrics, including ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, and more.
• Multi-year experience with B2B funnels, encompassing leads, MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and Closed Won.
• Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce and the ability to leverage CRM data within ad accounts for automated bidding strategies.
• Capability to clearly convey complex information in a straightforward narrative to stakeholders, including context, performance, data anomalies, and strategy recommendations.
• Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel is essential!
