This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee cross-channel demand generation initiatives
β’ Direct experimentation and optimization processes
β’ Collaborate with analytics and product teams to deliver measurable, scalable results
β’ Supervise a team with direct reports
β’ Assess and test new acquisition channels, platforms, and lead sources
β’ Create structured test-and-learn frameworks for exploratory channels
β’ Manage an extensive marketing portfolio across various channels and partners
β’ Enhance execution standards among channel owners and performance marketing teams
β’ Define strategies for budget allocation, pacing frameworks, and performance diagnostics
β’ Collaborate with analytics and decision science teams to refine targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring
β’ Oversee demand forecasting and scenario planning across different channels
β’ Establish experimentation frameworks across all channels
β’ Ensure that insights from pilot programs are integrated into ongoing operations
β’ 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth
β’ Proven experience managing vendor relationships
β’ Experience in launching and scaling new channels
β’ Understanding of the personal lines insurance industry and its competitive landscape
β’ Strong analytical and project management abilities
β’ Minor travel may be required
