This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Guide and mentor a remote team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
• Act as the primary liaison for your designated client, ensuring effective communication and outstanding service.
• Oversee team priorities, project schedules, and operational outcomes.
• Track KPIs, quality metrics, productivity, and overall team performance.
• Anticipate and address challenges proactively to eliminate obstacles before they affect delivery.
• Enhance workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational processes to support team scalability.
• Partner with internal leaders to foster continuous improvement and ensure client success.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or team management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in project, operations, or account management.
• Proven track record of leading remote teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills in client-facing situations.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities while upholding quality and accountability.
• Experience in developing or enhancing SOPs and operational processes is a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in English communication skills.
