This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily management tasks for paid search campaigns, such as creating campaigns, managing keywords, adjusting bids, trafficking ads, and monitoring performance.
• Assist in the onboarding and coordination of affiliate and partner marketing programs, including the deployment of creative assets, management of placements, and optimization of performance.
• Track channel performance and proactively address issues impacting conversion rates, acquisition costs, attribution, or overall campaign effectiveness.
• Organize the creation and distribution of advertising assets, including landing pages, banners, and promotional materials.
• Handle affiliate reporting, billing reconciliation, and budget tracking responsibilities.
• Ensure tracking accuracy by effectively utilizing UTM parameters, pixels, conversion events, and adhering to campaign governance standards.
• Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting obligations.
• Perform competitive analysis and keep an eye on market trends to uncover optimization possibilities.
• Work collaboratively with channel managers, analytics teams, and creative partners to foster growth initiatives.
• 2-4 years of practical experience in performance marketing.
• Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns via Google Ads.
• Experience in supporting affiliate, partnership, or aggregator marketing programs.
• Knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword management, and conversion optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or comparable reporting tools.
• Understanding of attribution concepts, tracking implementation, and campaign assessment.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage various priorities and execute tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, Looker, affiliate platforms, or BI reporting tools is advantageous.
• Background in insurance, financial services, ecommerce, lead generation, or other performance-focused industries is preferred.
