Senior Paid Media Specialist, iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Create and implement successful Paid Media campaign strategies to enhance profitability and growth.

• Perform keyword selection, user persona profiling, audience targeting, and ad copy development to improve campaign performance across all media platforms.

• Manage and optimize budgets, bids, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve profit objectives.

• Ensure accurate data tracking setup, monitor and report on campaign performance to stakeholders, identify issues, and apply solutions.

• Collaborate on innovative campaign concepts while staying informed about trends, tools, and best practices in Paid Social and Programmatic advertising.

• Foster relationships with advertising platforms and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and operate under optimal conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in managing digital ad campaigns across various platforms (Meta Ads, Reddit, TikTok, Display, Programmatic, Native…) specifically in the iGaming sector.

• Proficient in setting goals, supporting teams, and enhancing performance through budget management and audience targeting and profiling.

• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and conversion optimization, with a preference for candidates with experience in affiliate lead generation.

• Strong grasp of digital marketing principles, landing pages, conversion pathways, and analytics tools.

• At least intermediate knowledge of tracking codes and server-to-server (S2S) postback tracking.

• Familiarity with various ad platforms and a basic understanding of HTML, PHP, WordPress, along with advanced Excel skills is advantageous but not essential.

• Exceptional communication and analytical abilities; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred, with ad platform certifications seen as a bonus.
