Senior Paid Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will design, lead, and optimize comprehensive acquisition strategies with a complete focus on business impact.

• Manage and improve campaigns.

• Implement, monitor, and optimize campaigns across digital acquisition platforms.

• Continuously monitor performance and propose enhancements based on results.

• Analyze metrics and outcomes to identify optimization opportunities.

• Maintain direct relationships with clients and participate in follow-up meetings.

• Ensure clear and close communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Paid Media and digital acquisition.

• Strong operational knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Experience in optimizing campaigns and making data-driven decisions.

• Knowledge of TikTok Ads is desirable (not mandatory).

• Experience working across various technological verticals and different types of businesses.

• Previous agency experience will be valued, though not a requirement.

• Strong analytical skills and results orientation.

• B2 level English is desirable.
