This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
β’ Take charge of the paid media strategy for current Enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment with GTM priorities.
β’ Oversee the budget, develop and enhance retargeting programs, and verify proper implementation of tracking (GTM/events).
β’ Implement and refine campaigns through LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Demandbase.
β’ Manage account list processes, audience matching, creative rotations, bidding and optimization strategies, and ensure alignment of landing paths.
β’ Create and sustain dashboards that link paid activities to outcomes for enterprise accounts.
β’ Collaborate with Senior Marketing Campaign Managers to synchronize paid media with campaign initiatives, sales priorities, and account segments.
β’ Design and conduct structured experiments while identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
β’ 7β10+ years of direct B2B paid media experience (preferably in Enterprise SaaS) or equivalent specialization.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience managing B2B paid media initiatives across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Demandbase.
β’ Solid understanding of ABM principles: account list targeting, matched audiences, intent/engagement segmentation, retargeting strategies, and suppression logic.
β’ High-level proficiency in performance reporting and analytics; capable of creating dashboards and articulating a clear business narrative.
β’ Familiarity with tracking and measurement tools: GTM, pixels, conversion events, UTMs, and measurement quality assurance.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, pacing, and optimization choices with minimal supervision.
β’ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present performance insights and recommendations effectively.
