This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• The Senior Performance Analyst is tasked with overseeing the execution, effectiveness, and expansion of their marketing service within their portfolio of accounts.
• They cater to the most intricate, enterprise-level clients and are highly esteemed for their expertise in Google and Bing Advertising.
• Delivering a premier product from the Paid Media department for partners.
• Leads performance marketing initiatives across prominent accounts, devising strategies to meet account objectives.
• Implements effective performance marketing strategies to fulfill client business objectives and successfully scale accounts.
• Offers insightful analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance metrics.
• Acts as a pivotal strategic leader within the department and among account management teams.
• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in an agency environment.
• A minimum of 4 years of direct experience in Search Engine Marketing.
• Specific experience in campaign development and optimization processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development for large, enterprise-level accounts.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Proficient in Google Analytics.
• Expert understanding of funnel marketing and the role of paid media within the marketing funnel.
• Strong capacity to derive meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond mere statistics to tell a compelling story.
