This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the overall paid media strategy for designated healthcare accounts.
• Suggest channel combinations, budget distributions, and targeting strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee portfolio coverage across various healthcare service sectors.
• Detect performance deficiencies and adjust the media mix accordingly.
• Keep track of macro performance trends and guide Paid Media Managers to ensure efficiency and meet CPA goals.
• Act as the final reviewer before campaign launches, overseeing campaign builds, naming conventions, and account standards.
• Conduct monthly account evaluations and assess optimization logs.
• Spearhead quarterly testing roadmaps, which include hypotheses, test sequencing, and criteria for decision-making.
• Examine search behaviors and creative performance to uncover opportunities and systemic trends.
• Convert campaign data into executive summaries, highlighting trends, successes, failures, and strategic recommendations.
• Serve as the ultimate escalation point for performance irregularities, tracking problems, and landing page issues.
• Collaborate with account teams while mentoring Paid Media Managers and Specialists.
• 8+ years of experience in paid media management.
• Minimum of 3 years working within the healthcare marketing sector and understanding regulatory aspects.
• Proficient in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Skilled in Meta, Microsoft Ads, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
• Comprehensive knowledge of attribution and conversion tracking methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability in developing media mix plans and overseeing substantial budget allocations.
• Experience in upholding quality assurance standards across multi-channel portfolios.
• Proven track record of advising and mentoring Paid Media Managers and Specialists.
• Capability to analyze trends using ad platform tools, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Strong decision-making abilities and experience in resolving complex performance challenges.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methods and optimization strategies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic remote agency setting.
