This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Planning, purchasing, and management of media campaigns outside the platforms of Google and Meta.
• Development and oversight of cross-channel media plans (both Online & Offline).
• Selection of channels, reach planning, and budget allocation tailored to target groups for each medium.
• Primary contact for media agencies, media inventory purchasing, and contract management.
• Conducting market, media, and target group analyses for performance measurement.
• Optimization of media placements based on performance data.
• Collaboration with the Head of Performance Marketing and other departments.
• Ideally, experience in a media agency or D2C/E-Commerce brand.
• Practical experience in planning and purchasing media campaigns across various channels (e.g., Display, Video, Print, OOH, Audio).
• Proficient in working with external media partners, agencies, and publishers, along with strong negotiation skills.
• Data-driven approach and understanding of relevant media KPIs.
• Structured work style, even when managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and derive actionable recommendations from performance data.
• Interest in utilizing AI-supported tools in the media context.
• Fluent in German, with English language skills considered an advantage.
• 100% remote work within Germany, with the option for up to 90 days per year to work from abroad within the EU.
