Senior Paid Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, and oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

• Assess campaign performance and continuously enhance for return on investment (ROI), conversions, and client key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Handle multiple client accounts concurrently within a dynamic agency setting.

• Engage directly with clients, providing them with updates, insights, and strategic advice.

• Evaluate performance data and produce actionable reports.

• Work together with internal design and marketing teams to boost creative effectiveness.

• Assist in expanding campaigns to additional platforms like LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads (when applicable).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (agency experience highly preferred).

• Demonstrated proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

• Comprehensive understanding of campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance analytics.

• Experience in overseeing multiple client accounts at the same time.

• Excellent English communication abilities (both written and verbal).

• Self-assured in client-facing interactions and capable of building trust.

• Strong analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail.

• Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL CRM).

• Proficient in using Canva for basic creative modifications.

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
