Senior Paid Media Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the integration and continual management of ad server data within Avalon's comprehensive reporting framework.

• Construct and sustain data pipelines that incorporate ad server, paid media, email, and web analytics information.

• Analyze de-duplicated conversion data while assisting in the creation of multi-touch attribution models.

• Oversee, troubleshoot, and enhance Avalon’s digital reporting infrastructure, including Tableau dashboards and ETL workflows.

• Guarantee the integrity, consistency, and reconciliation of data across digital platforms, ad servers, ETL tools, and internal databases.

• Create scalable reporting solutions that empower internal teams and clients to confidently assess performance.

• Examine paid media, email, and cross-channel performance to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Convert complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations for Digital and client teams.

• Aid in testing, forecasting, attribution analysis, and measurement initiatives that enhance fundraising results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in digital analytics, along with paid media measurement and analysis.

• Proficiency in working with paid media, email, web analytics, and digital marketing datasets.

• Advanced SQL/T-SQL expertise and experience handling large, intricate datasets.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Practical experience with ad server implementation, management, and reporting.

• Familiarity with ETL tools and data ingestion platforms such as Hevo, FiveTran, Windsor, Funnel, or similar.

• Skill in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data discrepancies across reporting environments.

• Strong knowledge of attribution methodologies, conversion tracking, and digital measurement frameworks.
