This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the paid advertising strategy, implementation, optimization, and performance results across a range of client accounts.
• Create and oversee campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other important paid media channels.
• Convert client objectives into well-defined paid media strategies, campaign frameworks, testing protocols, and performance metrics.
• Track budgets, pacing, conversion patterns, lead quality, cost-effectiveness, and overall account health.
• Detect risks, performance deficiencies, and growth prospects before they escalate into client issues.
• Offer proactive suggestions to enhance results, boost efficiency, and improve client ROI.
• Lead campaign testing efforts, which include audience strategies, creative testing, bidding techniques, landing page suggestions, and conversion optimization chances.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert during client-facing conversations, performance assessments, and strategic planning meetings.
• Simplify complex campaign data into clear, engaging performance stories that clients can comprehend and act upon.
• Clearly articulate strategy, outcomes, recommendations, and trade-offs to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Influence client decision-making by leveraging data, industry insights, and performance trends to back recommendations.
• Collaborate with Client Success team members to ensure the paid advertising strategy aligns with client objectives, expectations, and broader account strategy.
• Aid in client retention and growth by showcasing measurable value and strategic leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with Client Success, SEO, Analytics, Creative, and Development teams to ensure cohesive client strategies.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to Paid Advertising Strategists and other team members as necessary.
• Help establish and enhance best practices for campaign management, performance reporting, optimization processes, and client communication.
• Contribute to internal training, knowledge sharing, and initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Serve as an escalation point for intricate paid media performance queries or account issues.
• Propose ideas that enhance team efficiency, client results, and overall departmental performance.
• Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver strategic performance updates that effectively link actions to results.
• Utilize data to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest next steps.
• Stay updated on changes in paid media platforms, automation tools, AI-driven advertising capabilities, and industry trends.
• Commit to continuous testing, learning, and refining strategies to boost performance across accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid search, paid social, or paid media campaign management.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising strategies for multiple clients or complex accounts.
• Practical experience with platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related reporting tools.
• Strong grasp of paid search, paid social, conversion tracking, budget pacing, attribution, and campaign optimization.
• Experience in presenting campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with Fluency or other advertising automation platforms is a plus.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
• Previous agency experience is preferred.
