This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients while serving as the primary, day-to-day contact for client relationships and growth initiatives alongside the Senior Client Partner and Pod Leader.
• Ensure that account team recommendations align with client objectives, establish clear expectations, and build trust with senior stakeholders by proactively creating high-value opportunities to meet, present, and influence decisions.
• Collaborate with internal leaders to swiftly address escalations, connect Search with other channels, and convert insights into executive-ready actions.
• Manage the financial health of your team and channels for your clients, including aspects such as margin, utilization/capacity, and forecast accuracy.
• Over 10 years of experience in Paid Search/Shopping with established success at scale (>$1M monthly).
• More than 5 years of direct management of B2B client relationships and campaigns.
• At least 3 years of direct management experience is required, including leading managers and senior individual contributors, as well as hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Proficiency with platforms/technologies such as Google/Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center; SA360/Skai; and competitive tools like Auction Insights, Adthena/SpyFu.
• Cross-channel knowledge: ability to connect Paid Search with SEO, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, TV Advertising, and Creative in straightforward executive narratives.
• Financial acumen related to channels: margin/utilization/capacity management, dependable forecasting with Finance and Pod Leadership, and staffing aligned to priorities.
• Measurement and analytics expertise: GA4; experience in experiment design (sample size/power), forecasting, and financial modeling; ability to synthesize Marketing Mix Modeling/Incrementality and platform signals.
• Product and AI proficiency: orchestrating value-based bidding/PMax at the portfolio level with guardrails; integrating Bliss Point insights into planning; promoting adoption and establishing feedback loops.
• Strong communication and leadership skills: creating executive-ready narratives, framing risks, and leading change across clients and internal teams. Ability to tell concise stories and set expectations with senior clients.
• Required certifications: Google Ads Search and Shopping (or completion within the first 60 days). Additional Google certifications are advantageous.
