This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Strategize, implement, and oversee paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

• Track daily performance indicators to guarantee that all campaigns are meeting or surpassing KPI benchmarks (CAC, ROAS, LTV).

• Lead the creative development process by supplying data-driven briefs for compelling ad copy and visual materials.

• Perform ongoing A/B testing of landing pages, target audiences, and ad formats to enhance conversion rates.

• Examine intricate datasets to spot trends, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Oversee budget distribution across channels to optimize efficiency and expand successful strategies.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm modifications, and privacy regulations to maintain a competitive advantage.

• Demonstrated experience as a Performance Marketer or Growth Marketer with a history of scaling paid accounts.

• Outstanding analytical abilities and the capacity to convert raw data into strategic actions.

• Comprehensive technical understanding of tracking setups, attribution models, and conversion APIs.

• Proven experience managing monthly advertising budgets of at least $50k or more.

• Strong writing skills with an emphasis on direct-response marketing.

• Self-driven and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional creative and product teams.

• Proficiency with the following software and tools is preferred:

• - Advertising: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• - Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Northbeam, Triple Whale, or Mixpanel.

• - Tracking/Ops: Google Tag Manager, Segment, or Zapier.

• - Creative/CRO: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hotjar, or VWO.

• Experience in specialized sectors such as B2B SaaS or rapidly growing D2C e-commerce.
