This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement paid acquisition strategies aimed at driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and fulfilling long-term business goals across four VPS brands.
• Spearhead the transformation and ongoing enhancement of paid media initiatives to boost efficiency, scalability, and commercial success.
• Make strategic investment choices across various brands, campaigns, audiences, and channels to optimize incremental revenue and marketing return on investment.
• Oversee the Google Ads strategy and performance, guiding campaign structure, optimization, and ongoing enhancements across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping, and other campaign formats.
• Analyze performance issues utilizing platform data, customer behavior, competitive insights, and attribution, converting findings into quantifiable business outcomes.
• Formulate search strategies that reconcile brand protection, customer acquisition, campaign efficiency, and profitability while enhancing qualified traffic and revenue.
• Create integrated, comprehensive acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other paid channels, balancing investments across the entire funnel and applying suitable attribution models.
• Enhance performance across paid search, paid social, SEO, CRO, Lifecycle Marketing, and direct traffic, uncovering opportunities to boost overall marketing efficiency through coordinated channel strategies.
• Continuously assess channel, audience, and campaign performance, reallocating investment toward the most impactful opportunities in line with business objectives and customer behavior.
• Perform routine account health audits to pinpoint optimization opportunities, diagnose performance challenges, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Lead a structured testing and optimization initiative across campaign frameworks, bidding, audiences, creative assets, messaging, and landing pages using measurable success metrics.
• Ensure operational excellence through meticulous campaign execution, quality assurance, tracking accuracy, reporting, and ongoing performance enhancement.
• Manage an annual paid media budget of approximately $3.4 million across various brands, balancing revenue growth, profitability, and sustained marketing efficiency.
• Make informed investment choices based on incremental revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, pacing, and overall business performance to optimize marketing efficacy.
• Proactively detect risks and growth potentials, modifying investment strategies as business priorities shift.
• Develop executive-level reporting and recommendations that translate paid media performance into clear business insights, root causes, and prioritized actions.
• Collaborate across functions with Product Marketing, SEO, CRO, Lifecycle Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and platform partners to enhance acquisition performance and discover new growth opportunities.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to expedite analysis, reporting, forecasting, testing, and workflow efficiency while applying sound marketing judgment.
• Remain updated on evolving advertising platforms, automation features, and new AI-driven optimization opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline, accompanied by 5–8 years of experience managing intricate paid acquisition programs with direct revenue growth responsibilities.
• Expert-level proficiency in managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Shopping), with a proven track record of revitalizing underperforming accounts and achieving double-digit revenue growth through optimization rather than increased media expenditure.
• Extensive knowledge of full-funnel paid media strategy, including campaign architecture, attribution models, audience segmentation, bidding tactics, landing page optimization, and conversion rate enhancement.
• Strong comprehension of how paid search, SEO, CRO, Lifecycle Marketing, and Analytics interact to maximize customer acquisition and overall marketing efficiency.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities to identify root causes, uncover growth opportunities, and translate data into strategic business recommendations.
• Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, attribution and reporting tools, and AI-assisted marketing technologies.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence cross-functional partners and foster alignment throughout the organization.
