• Create and implement high-quality Outsystems applications that meet business needs.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering the adoption of best practices.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Ensure the effective execution of the software development lifecycle, from design through to deployment.

• Engage in code reviews and monitor compliance with coding standards.

• Keep abreast of Outsystems developments and industry trends to incorporate new technologies.

• Facilitate project meetings to monitor progress and guarantee the timely achievement of milestones.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Outsystems.

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or senior capacity within the Outsystems ecosystem.

• Profound knowledge of application design patterns and software development best practices.

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• A proactive approach with the capability to address complex challenges.

• Outsystems certification(s) is highly valued.
