This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• CRM Project Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Involvement in the implementation of solution projects.
• Lead workshops and functional requirement gathering meetings.
• Define and enhance business processes.
• Create functional documentation and technical specifications.
• Over 5 years of experience working with CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Functional experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Marketing), and Dynamics 365 Field Service projects.
• Knowledge of business processes related to Sales, Pipeline Management, Opportunities, Forecasting, Commercial Prospecting, Marketing Automation, Lead Generation and Nurturing, Campaigns, Customer Journeys, Customer Service, and Field Operations.
• Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service projects, including Work Orders, Resource Scheduling and Assignment, Service Contracts, Asset Management, Inspections, Mobile Applications, and Field Operations.
• Ability to lead workshops and functional requirement gathering meetings, translating business needs into solutions aligned with the platform.
• Consultative profile to assist business areas in defining and improving processes, driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Development of functional documentation, technical specifications, AS-IS / TO-BE processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in implementing projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
• Solid understanding of the native functionalities of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI) will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, developers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• University degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform will be a plus.
• Experience in Sales Automation, Customer Engagement, Customer Experience (CX), Marketing Automation, and Field Service projects.
• Knowledge of integrations between Dynamics 365, ERP, customer service platforms, and corporate systems.
• Participation in digital transformation projects and optimization of commercial and operational processes.
• Experience in medium to large companies.
• Advanced English to participate in international projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consultative, strategic, and results-oriented profile.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technological solutions.
• Business vision focused on commercial areas, marketing, customer service, and operations.

• Monthly allowance for connection and calls: $150,000.00 COP.
• Work schedule: 40 hours per week.
