Outside Truck Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Achieve the sales and gross profit targets established by the Sales Manager.

• Maintain a high level of energy.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Fulfill customer needs by building enduring relationships.

• Capability to work remotely; laptop and cellphone will be supplied.

• Regularly engage with established accounts.

• Identify and qualify new accounts.

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and precise service to customers.

• Stay well-informed about all products, programs, and dealership credit policies.

• Keep in daily communication with major accounts.

• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Complete assignments within the budget allocated for travel and entertainment.

• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any issues.

• Assist in the shop with equipment matters as necessary.

• Provide additional support in various areas as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clean MVR record.

• Direct knowledge or experience in truck sales is advantageous.

• Experience in the industry is beneficial.

• Mechanical skills and troubleshooting experience are preferred.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid driver's license is necessary.

• Capacity to obtain a CDL B.

• Outstanding verbal and communication abilities.

• Proven success in developing relationships and closing sales, or a willingness to learn.

• Detail-oriented approach.

• Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and a post-offer background check.
